What do you write about?
Bars, pubs, beer, spirits (wet ones not the wooooaaahh ones), drinks, food and sport.
Where are we likely to see your work?
Dance for beans at the behest of Time Out magazine, Theme, Guardian Unlimited, Beers of the World, Publican Newspaper.
What’s the most memorable work you’ve done?
“Good Beer Guide West Coast USA”, a comprehensive travel guide to the most discerning drinking establishments on America’s left coast. Available at all good book shops. Buy it please. Please.
What interview or feature would you love the chance to do?
Hunter S Thompson. Arguably the world’s finest sports journalist. And he liked the odd drink too.
