Aberdeen deputy editor to head Dundee daily

Deputy editor of the Aberdeen Evening Express, Richard Prest, is to become editor of the Dundee Evening Telegraph.

Prest replaces Gordon Wishart, who retires after working for the Evening Telegraph for 43 years.

Prest joined the Evening Express in 1990 before becoming deputy editor in 2006. He will become editor of the Evening Telegraph early this year. Both papers are owned by D. C. Thomson.
