Aceville will launch Cook Vegetarian on 3 October, a monthly offering recipes, menu planners and family-friendly meal ideas.

Callen, formerly of Slim at Home, said: “Cook Vegetarian will inspire vegetarians who are looking for new ideas, but also open up the world of vegetarian cookery to the wider meat-reducing audience.”
