Public relations agency Technical Publicity has appointed two team members to its German subsidiary based near Hamburg.

Joining in the role of account manager, Maria Scharnberg has over 11-years of experience in B2C and B2B PR, having previously worked with German companies Miele and Heidelberger Druckmaschinen. She speaks German, English, Russian and Spanish, and is a graduate from Moscow State Linguistic University and the London School of Public Relations.

Antje Philippsen also joins the team in the role of administration executive.
