The Sun has signed up ex-Strictly Come Dancing judge Arlene Phillips as a columnist.

Phillips, who joins on 18 September, will be writing every Monday for the duration of the show.

Her column will be “a weekly no-holds-barred account of the show for the paper, revealing her views on the progress of the contestants on screen – as well as all the behind-the-scenes gossip, tears and tantrums”.
