Autism Eye launches
The first issue of the quarterly Autism Eye magazine is now out. The publication is aimed at helping the parents and carers of children with autism, and combines news with features on the latest research, educational therapies and health issues. It also contains legal advice from a top barrister.
Among the highlights of the first issue is the editor’s damning report on how the NHS has failed children with autism and how that may be about to change. It also looks at cutting-edge research into body cells that may one day reveal the cause of the condition, and give practical information on diets and food additives.
The magazine’s website can be seen at www.autismeye.com. For the contact details of editor Gillian Loughran and publisher Mark Hayes, please see the Autism Eye entry on FeaturesExec.
