Dennis Publishing has appointed Steve Fowler as editor-in-chief of Auto Express and Car Buyer. He will report to publishing director of both brands (and managing director of Dennis Motoring) James Burnay.

Fowler previously worked at Haymarket’s What Car? as editor-in-chief, and also edited Autocar and What Hi-Fi? Sound and Vision during his time there.

Auto Express has also launched iPhone, android and iPad apps Best New Cars and How to Add Value To Your Car.
