Balance magazine to launch in November

Balance, a digital health and wellbeing publication aimed at NHS staff will launch in November.

The content will be guided by Occupational Health teams, ‘health and wellbeing champions’ and NHS employees within several NHS Trusts. It will aim to advise and guide NHS employees on effective health and wellbeing strategies.

The magazine will be free of charge to NHS staff, a potential audience 1.4 million.
