Bauer Media UK, publisher of multi-platform brands including heat, Grazia, Empire and Absolute Radio, has made three remaining appointments to Bauer Advertising’s senior leadership team.
Colette Lister, previously commercial operations director, becomes head of operations, where her focus will be on the inventory management, scheduling, implementation and delivery of all booked activity and her remit will cover inventory, scheduling, business reporting and digital ops.
Krissie Ford becomes head of client development. Currently head of film, Ford will continue to build on the relationships and revenues she drives from film studios in her role, along with leading Bauer’s wider client strategy. Ford and her team will be responsible for creating direct, partnership-led relationships with a broad range of customers.
James Wilson becomes head of creative suite. Currently commercial programming director for Kiss, Magic and Place, Wilson and his team will operate as a creative, central production team and look to expand on their success within radio to deliver world-class commercial content across Bauer Media.
These changes follow the recent appointments of Simon Kilby (head of marketplace); Clare Chamberlain (head of creative and brand solutions); Lucy Banks (executive creative director, Bauer Media) and Rebecca Eaves (commercial marketing director) to Bauer Advertising’s leadership team.
All will transition into their roles by end of June 2014 and report into Richard Dunmall, Bauer Media‘s Group MD, Advertising.
