Beaten & Creamed launches

Beaten & Creamed, a quarterly magazine dedicated to 'exploring the UK’s obsession with baking', has launched today.

The 100-page title spanning cake, pastry, bread and chocolate is edited by Andrew James Williams. It features in-depth articles from top food writers, photographers and illustrators that will explore ‘the culture of baking and beyond’.

Features will include food histories, baking art, cake nutrition, product testing and big name interviews including Michel Roux Jr and Great British Bake Off winner John Whaite.

The magazine is available to buy online and will will be in selected shops from early November. A free preview of the title can be seen here.
