BIRD appoints W’s restaurant division for expansion plans
BIRD, a London-based fried chicken restaurant, has appointed W’s restaurant division to handle its expansion at two additional sites over the next three months.
W has been briefed to manage the launch of the two venues, with an Islington launch in October and the Camden site launching in November. In addition, W will be working to raise the profile of the BIRD master brand.
