Birmingham Mail redesigns website

Trinity Mirror has redesigned the Birmingham Mail's website.

Following feedback from reader surveys, the website now has larger and better quality images, a less cluttered design and a simplified site structure. As well as featuring trending topics, full screen picture galleries and a 'Your Area' tab for local community news, it has greater emphasis on new and recently updated articles.  Social media integration and the mobile site have also been improved.

In addition to these changes, the Sunday Mercury now has its own section on the Birmingham Mail website.
