Bloom.fm calls in three agencies to launch app
Bloom.fm, a mobile music service, has appointed a roster of three agencies to launch its app in the UK.
Manifest London and Velocity Communications will handle consumer and music industry PR, while mobile agency Fetch has been appointed to manage mobile customer acquisition.
