New national fitness centre Klick Fitness – part of international brand Fitness First – has appointed Brazil to oversee its UK PR launch. Brazil will also control and monitor all interactions for the company’s social media and experiential activity as part of an integrated approach.

The appointment follows the work Brazil completed for Southampton Football Club as well as the brief collected for famous Welsh rugby union side, the Scarlets and the Oxford Blues.

Klick Fitness aims to make going to the gym more accessible by being the cheaper on the market, without a fixed contract term. The business is able to do so by stripping all ‘extras’ such as the use of a swimming pool access and saunas as part of a package which many gym goers simply don’t use.

Throughout September and October, Brazil has already launched nine new Klick Fitness centres throughout the UK with a combination of regional and national campaigns. Twitter and other social media activities have also been integral to the account and have a combined ‘like’ and ‘follow’ audience of almost 5,500 [at 24 Oct].
