The winners of the annual British Media Awards were announced at a gala ceremony on 2 May at the Marriot Grosvenor Square in London.

Winners included Digital Spy which scooped the award for Media Editorial Team of the Year, Digital Camera which was crowned Print Product of the Year, and Racing Post which won both Digital Product of the Year for its Racing Post iPhone app and Launch of the Year for its iPad app.

The awards highlight the best in business across the media industry. A panel of expert judges seek out and reward those that excel in each of the chosen categories, highlighting innovation and excellence wherever it comes from – be it a print newspaper, a digital business website or a mobile version of a consumer magazine.
