Cambridge Evening News announces staff shuffle

The Cambridge Evening News has announced a series of staff changes, following the departure of editor Murray Morse.

John Deex, who is currently assistant editor, will be acting editor of the daily paper until 12 May.

Colin Grant will then join as editor in chief. Grant is currently editor in chief of Herts & Essex Newspapers.

A permanent replacement for Morse has yet to be appointed.

The Cambridge Evening News is published six days a week by Cambridge Newspapers and has a circulation of 25,720.
