Campaign appoints head of media

Campaign has appointed Gideon Spanier as head of media. He will oversee coverage of the media industry across the brand's digital, live and print platforms, as well as editing sister website MediaWeek.co.uk

Spanier has previously served as media editor at the London Evening Standard as well as a business journalist at The Times. In this role at Campaign he replaces Arif Durrani, who left in August to join Bloomberg Media as commercial editor for EMEA
