Car Dealer appoints James Batchelor as editor

Car Dealer magazine has promoted James Batchelor to editor.

Previously staff writer, Batchelor succeeds founding editor James Baggott to handle the magazine's motoring-related breaking news, stories and features.

Baggott is managing director of Blackball Media, the magazine's publisher, and will be focusing on developing this part of the business.
