Chateau Lou Casteou selects Turtle PR for representation
Chateau Lou Casteou in the French Riviera has called in Turtle PR to launch to the UK travel and consumer sectors in 2013.
The boutique travel PR agency will focus on promoting the chateau’s Luxury Cultural Retreat – an all-inclusive experience debuting 21 – 26 April 2013, where guests will master the arts of Italian cuisine, singing, song-writing, trekking and painting in the property’s lavish surroundings.
Lou Casteou, which means ‘The Chateau’ in old Provençale French, was built in 1904 by Lord Amherst of Hackney – a lover or antiquities who funded the Howard Carter expeditions to Egypt, and the discovery of Tutankhamen’s tomb.
Amongst other accolades, Lou Casteou was selected by Simon Cowell as his ‘judge’s house’ on The X Factor in 2011.
Turtle PR is also charged with increasing awareness of Lou Casteou’s wedding, corporate, and luxury private rental arms. With recent refurbishments, including state-of-the-art technology and restaurant-grade kitchens, Lou Casteou can cater for up to 200 wedding guests or delegates. However, the chateau also caters for more intimate gatherings, with modular reception areas that can be set up as comfortable sitting rooms when not in seminar or party mode. These provide a welcoming environment for entertaining smaller groups of family or friends.
