Chelsea Monthly, a luxury and lifestyle magazine for Chelsea, will be making a series of changes to its digital and print offering over the coming months.
From 25 June, a revamped and more functional version of the website Chelseamonthly.com will offer a more intuitive navigation and responsive design with easy-to-access tools. The emphasis will be on offering readers the best browsing experience regardless of the device they're viewing it on.
Contentwise, the website will include micro sites focussing on key areas of interest and the travel section will publish weekly reviews, in-depth destination guides and discounted offers.
The user community side of the website will also be improved with the possibility for readers to submit reviews, "like" content and the option to login via Facebook, Twitter and other social networks.
Additionally, a newsletter will be sent out every Friday to registered users, featuring new posts, competitions and tips on the best luxury places to eat, sleep, and drink in time for the weekend.
From 1 August and in conjunction with its third anniversary, the print magazine, which was free from its launch, will include a charge of £2.99 per copy. It will be available via distribution points in Chelsea, South Kensington, Knightsbridge and online via subscription. From that issue onwards, the readers will receive added value with the launch of a 10-page "Voucher Programme" which will provide discounted vouchers.
Changes will also be taking place at Chelsea Monthly TV, which launched earlier this year. It will be redesigned with a micro site and several TV shows are currently in production including: 'The Luxury Show', 'Rate My Date', 'The Travel Show', 'Official European Charts', 'Chelsea Monthly meets…' and the shopping network.
Chelsea Monthly TV will be working in partnership with Showcase on Sky channel 192 and TV presenter Louise Gookey has been confirmed as the face of the channel and will host a series of shows from July 2014.
