Colin Higgins and Associates hired by Italian clothing label

Cheltenham-based Colin Higgins and Associates has been appointed by Italian clothing brand, Freee, to help launch the brand to the UK market.

The launch kick-started this month with Welsh rugby team the Ospreys, modeling the clothes alongside Italian models in a fashion shoot managed by the CH&A team. A range of shots were taken in a studio and on a beach in Wales and will now be used in a nationwide advertising campaign including in-store point of sale, city billboards and both fashion and trade press.

The Freee brand, which is already well established throughout Italy, is a youth-orientated designer brand incorporating a range of tee-shirts, dresses, and sweat shirts with an urban-chic sense of style.

Colin Higgins & Associates has been supporting businesses with PR and marketing since 1996, working for a range of local, regional and national clients.

Natalie Wignall, Associate Director, Public Relations says,

“We are delighted to be involved in such a high-profile campaign. Cheltenham is a creative centre with talent that can compete on an international scale; as with this campaign, we have demonstrated that businesses no longer feel it is necessary to go to London to have a top agency working for them.”

CH&A will handle the UK launch of Freee and subsequent marketing activity, in time for summer 2011.
