D.C. Thomson to buy ShortList Media

D.C. Thomson & Co has confirmed that it is to buy ShortList Media, publisher of the free weekly magazines ShortList and Stylist. Dundee-based D.C. Thomson was a founder investor in ShortList Media, and has owned 50% of the company since 2013; this move will make the company 100% owners of the London-based publishers.
