The Daily Mail has recruited a commissioning editor for its Femail section.

Anne Shooter, who will join the Daily Mail from February 4, was previously features editor on sister paper London Lite. Tracey Blake has joined London Lite as their new features editor.

The Femail section, covering fashion, beauty, style and real-life stories aimed at women readers, appears in the Daily Mail every Thursday.

London Lite is distributed free to commuters in central London from Monday to Friday. The Daily Mail is published Monday to Saturday and attracts over five million readers a day. Both titles are published by Associated Newspapers.
