Department for Business, Innovation and Skills hires Sledge and Kindred
The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills has hired brand experience agency Sledge and communications consultancy Kindred to help boost British manufacturing
The ‘Make it in Great Britain’ campaign, which has been developed by the agencies, aims to transform the image of modern manufacturing amongst the general public, investors and in particular young people, many of whom are missing out on career opportunities in the industry.
Kindred will deliver a national PR programme which will focus on stakeholder relations, consumer and B2B communications, with Sledge creating a six-week exhibition of the best of modern British manufacturing, which will take place at the Science Museum during Games time next summer.
The campaign will be led by Laura Capell, Client Services Director at Sledge, and Anastasia Scott, Director at Kindred.
