Departure at Evening Times (Glasgow)

Evening Times (Glasgow) news reporter Gordon Thomson left the newspaper last week, taking voluntary redundancy. He had worked at the title since 1989, having previously worked as a freelancer in Scotland covering national news. Thomson also served as Father of the Herald & Times Group's National Union of Journalists chapel. A replacement for Thomson at the Evening Times has not yet been confirmed.
