Waitrose Food Illustrated is recruiting a PA to the editor following the departure of Sian Townsend.

Townsend left the monthly Waitrose and John Lewis store magazine at the end of February. Her responsibilities on the Appetisers section will be covered by the features editor Katy Salter.
