Digital appointments at The Telegraph

The Telegraph has confirmed a number of senior digital appointments.

Rob Owers has joined from Twitter as Director of Video Content, with Mike Wright joining as Head of Trending Content.

In addition, Jasper Fulcher is due to join as Snapchat Editor in September, and will lead a team of dedicated Content Editors.
