Diplomatic departure from BBC News
BBC News diplomatic correspondent Bridget Kendall MBE is leaving the news corporation after over 30 years of service to become the first female Master of Peterhouse College, Cambridge in July 2016. Kendall originally joined the BBC as a BBC World Service radio production trainee in 1983.
