Media Bulletin launches campaign for National Dog Adoption Month

Category: Consumer, the UK's largest adoption site, has launched its National Dog Adoption Month Summer 2013 campaign.

Sponsored by Co-operative Insurance, the campaign aims to debunk the myths surrounding dogs in rescues, highlight national and regional research, studies and the benefits of adopting a dog from animal shelters, as well as share special stories of dogs looking for new homes across the UK. helps people to locate dogs in rescues and find out more about them and encourages them to consider adopting from a rehoming organisation.

Celebrity dog lovers, including actresses Adele Silva and Gemma Merna, are supporters of the campaign which will run throughout August with national and regional stories available to media with follow-up stories available in September.
