Double win for Bell Pottinger

Bell Pottinger North has been appointed by Portview Fit-Out Limited and will also handle the communications for Stockport County FC investor Tony Evans.

Portview, a Northern Ireland based fit-out specialist, is looking to expand its offering into new sectors, including leisure and commercial. Previous clients include Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium, Birmingham and Bristol Airports, Orange and HMV.

Bell Pottinger will also handle communications for a consortium, headed by Liverpool businessman Tony Evans, that plans to acquire a majority stake in Stockport County Football Club. Overseen by Bell Pottinger North director John Butters, the campaign has already included organising yesterday’s press conference at which former Liverpool and Manchester City midfielder Dietmar Hamann was named team manager.
