Northside People (East Edition) reporter, Brian Whelan, has left the Dublin People Group to take up a new position as Irish news editor at Yahoo.

A full time replacement has not yet been appointed with shifts currently being covered by existing staff and regular freelance contributors.

The three-edition People series serves the Dublin area and consists of the Northside People East and West editions, and the Southside People.
