The Birmingham Post’s business editor John Duckers has left the daily paper.

Having held the role for 16 years he said “All in all it seemed a good moment to hand the baton over to a new generation.”

Duckers will continue to write the John Bright column which covers social business events in Birmingham.

Amongst other things Duckers will also be working for ASAP public relations agency.
