Redditch & Alcester Standard editor, Andrew Powell, has left the Bullivant Media-owned weekly after spending 14 years in the role. He leaves to become a caseworker for his local MP.

Ian Dipple, currently editor of the Evesham Observer and Worcester Standard, has been appointed in Powell’s place.
