Animals and You has appointed Lorraine Wilson as editor in chief.

Wilson replaces acting editor Irene Golden, who was covering the role following Margaret Monaghan’s retirement earlier this year. Golden herself has also recently retired.

Jacquie Turriff remains deputy editor, and Sarah Jane Crawford remains magazine journalist.

Rowan Crawford has joined the pre-teen girls title as magazine journalist while features editor Jackie Guild and picture editor Jeanette Taylor have both left the magazine.

Animals and You is published every three weeks by DC Thomson.
