Customer Strategy has lost editor Steve Hurst, who has moved on to other opportunities, including freelancing.

Any contributions for the title should be sent to publisher Mark Turner until a replacement editor is found.

Customer Strategy is a bimonthly magazine and website for senior executives, covering business trends, best practice, winning strategies and career opportunities.
