Editor leaves Gloucestershire Echo

Gloucestershire Echo editor Kevan Blackadder left the newspaper on 8 December. 

Matt Holmes replaces Blackadder at Gloucestershire Echo. He has previously worked as deputy editor at The Citizen. Blackadder has previously worked as assistant editor, news editor, deputy news editor, and health reporter at Bristol Evening Post and news editor and chief reporter at Sunday Independent.
