Q magazine's editor Andrew Harrison has now left the publication after 14 months in the job.

Harrison joined Bauer Media's monthly music title in February 2012 from The Word magazine where he was editor-at-large, taking over from longstanding Q editor Paul Rees.

Jane Johnson, who launched Closer in 2002 will serve as consultant editor to work with the magazine's editorial team until a new editor is appointed.
