Editor set to join North West Evening Mail
The North West Evening Mail has appointed an editor.
Jonathan Lee will join the Cumbria-based newspaper on 25 March. He was previously editor of the Shetland Times. He replaces previous editor Steve Brauner, who left the North West Evening Mail in October to edit the newly launched Crain’s Manchester Business.
Jon Townend, who filled in as acting editor at the North West Evening Mail, returns to his previous role as news editor.
North West Evening Mail is published six days a week by Furness Newspapers, and has a circulation figure of 19,079.
