Editor to leave BBC’s Ariel magazine

BBC staff newspaper, Ariel, is to lose editor Andrew Harvey.

Harvey, who will be leaving the paper in a few days time, told FeaturesExec, he had “no firm plans as yet beyond a summer break”.

Sally Hillier and Cathy Loughran will be acting editors on a temporary basis.

Andy Walker, online editor, is also leaving this month but a replacement has not yet been announced.

Also at the title, reporter Clare Dyson has left and been replaced by Laura Scarrott.
