Builders Merchants Journal’s Fiona Russell Horne has returned from maternity leave to become web editor of www.buildersmerchantjournal.net.

Previously Russell Horne was the editor for the magazine. She will remain a consultant editor to the magazine and Jane Oliphant remains acting editor.
