Daily Star Sunday has appointed Ella Buchan as editor of take5 magazine. She will deal mainly with celebrity news, interviews and real-life stories.

Additionally, Buchan, who was acting travel editor whilst Vicky Lissaman was on maternity leave, is now deputy travel editor following Lissaman’s return to her role on the Daily Star and Daily Star Sunday.

Dominique Ayling has been promoted to deputy editor of the Sunday supplement, also dealing with celebrity interviews and real-life stories. Ayling will continue to edit the beauty page, ‘look good, feel great’, and the Sunday Munch food news section.
