By Staff

17th February 2011

The following editorial changes across the Daily Express, Daily Star Sunday and Daily Star will be effective from 21 February:

Michael Booker, deputy editor of the Daily Star Sunday, will join the Daily Express in the same role. This follows the recent appointment of deputy editor Hugh Whittow to editor of the Daily Express, following Peter Hill’s departure.

Booker has been replaced by Peter Carbery, who has been promoted to deputy editor of the Daily Star Sunday.

Neil Chandler has been promoted to assistant editor (news) and Stuart James to assistant editor (production) on the same newspaper.

Tom Savage is moving from the Daily Star to become deputy news editor of the Daily Star Sunday.
