By Staff

24th January 2013

Thomson Reuters has appointed Andrew Osborn as chief political correspondent at Reuters’ London bureau.

Osborn rejoined Reuters last year as an editor on the world desk after a 14-year stint as a foreign correspondent.

William Schomberg has also joined the bureau as chief economics correspondent. He worked as an editor for economics and markets in the Americas for the past four years.

Both journalists will report to the bureau chief for the UK and Ireland, Guy Faulconbridge, who led a reorganisation of the bureau since his appointment last April.
