Editorial changes at the Telegraph Media Group
There have been a numbers of changes to editorial staff announced at the Telegraph Media Group.
Katherine Rushton has been promoted from telecoms, technology and media correspondent to media, telecoms and technology editor effective from 19 September 2011. In this role she will be responsible for covering the media sector, writing for The Daily Telegraph, The Sunday Telegraph and Telegraph.co.uk.
David Munk has been appointed foreign editor at The Daily Telegraph. He was previously deputy international news editor for The Guardian.
Anna White has been appointed city diary editor working on both The Daily and Sunday Telegraph. She started in this role on the 1 August 2011. White is responsible for producing The Daily Telegraph’s City Diary and The Sunday Telegraph’s Dashwood column.
Angela Monaghan returns from maternity leave on 5 September 2011, resuming her role as economics correspondent and working alongside economics editor Philip Aldrick. She can be contacted after this date.
Finally Graham Ruddick has taken on responsibility for aerospace and defence as a result of Amy Wilson’s move to the online team earlier this year.
