Editorial changes at The Times
The Times is set to make a number of editorial changes from 5 May.
Mike Smith, who is currently head of news, will become comment editor, replacing Tim Montgomerie. Montgomerie will continue to write a column for the paper.
Jeremy Griffin, currently home editor, has been appointed as head of news and will be replaced by Fay Schlesinger, currently news editor.
