Tesco Magazine has made several changes to its editorial team.

Helen Johnston has been appointed editor. She has previously edited New Woman and Now magazines, and has held senior positions at Marie Claire, Grazia and Cosmopolitan. In the past three years she has worked as a consultant editor across a number of branded content pitches and projects. Johnston starts in her new role on 3 October 2011.

Jo Wooderson has been appointed deputy editor for the title. She is currently editor of Morrisons magazine, and has also been editor of Homebase magazine and deputy editor of Asda magazine. She begins in her new role from 10 October 2011.

Liz Jarvis, currently acting deputy editor of Tesco Magazine, has been appointed editor of Tesco’s ‘Mum of the Year’ website.
