Elle executive editor to leave

Christopher Hemblade, executive editor and entertainment director of Elle, is leaving the title in July.

Hemblade, a former deputy editor of Time Out, will leave the women’s monthly on 18 July. He will be joining Macmillan Cancer Support as VIP and celebrity executive.

A replacement for Hemblade is currently being recruited.

Elle is a monthly magazine published by Hachette Filipacchi UK, aimed at urban, aspirational young women.
