New Nation’s entertainment news editor, Akosua Annobil-Dodoo, has left the newspaper to the world of broadcasting.

From Saturday 5 January, Annobil-Dodoo will be hosting a new entertainment and chat show called Girls Like Us on Choice FM (107.1 & 96.9).

The weekly slot will air from 9am to 12noon every Saturday, and will include true life and celebrity interviews, debates, competitions and good music.

Read by young, educated black Britons and the wider African and Caribbean communities, New Nation features a vibrant mix of news, sport, social and political issues, recruitment and hot Soul to Soul contact pages.
