Exeter Express & Echo appoints editor
Exeter Express & Echo has appointed Jon-Paul Hedge as editor.
Hedge joins from the Torquay Herald Express, where he was head of content. The move follows previous editor Paul Burton's appointment as editor of The Plymouth Herald at the start of December 2013.
Hedge will take up the role on February 24.
