Exeter Express & Echo appoints Paul Burton as editor
Exeter Express & Echo has promoted acting editor Paul Burton to editor. Burton originally took on the acting editor role in January of this year following former editor Andy Phelan's secondment to the tranformation team at Local World.
Burton has previously worked as head of content and deputy editor at the Western Daily Press.
